Osinbajo, Saraki, Atiku, Tinubu, others in vital meeting
VP Yemi OsinÂbajo, on Wednesday, facilitated top pioneers of the All ProgresÂsive Congress (APC) to a cruÂcial meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The meeting, which was the first of its kind, occurred generally as President Muhammadu BuÂhari is away in Saudi Arabia on an official excursion.
The meeting, which endured around four hours, began at around 11:00am and finished at around 2.40pm.
Those in participation includÂed Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki; Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, YuÂsuf Lasun; Senate Leader Ali Ndume; National Chairman, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal; previous VP Atiku Abubakar, a pioneer of the gathering; Asiwaju Bola Tinubu; and a previous break administrator of the gathering, Chief Bisi Akande.
Others were the gathering’s DepÂuty National Chairman, Segun Oni; Chief Tony Momoh; MinÂister of Science and TechnoloÂgy, Ogbonnaya Onu; Imo State Deputy Governor, Eze MaduÂbere; and Special Adviser to the Vice President on Political Matters, Babafemi Ojudu.
Saraki touched base at around 12.30pm when the meetÂing was at that point in progress.

Ojudu told correspondents that members would not give meets but rather guaranteed that the Office of the Vice President would issue an announcement later.

Osinbajo’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and PublicÂity, Mr. Laolu Akande subseÂquently issued a two-section on the meeting.
